Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time without incurring any charges. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time, a fee may apply.
No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, the full cost of the service will be charged to the customer.

Liability: Our company and its drivers will not be held liable for any lost or damaged items, or for any injury or harm caused to passengers during the service. Passengers are advised to take out personal travel insurance to cover these risks.
Service Availability: Our services are subject to availability and may be affected by weather conditions, road closures, or other factors beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide the services as scheduled, but we cannot guarantee the timeliness or reliability of the service in such circumstances.
