Do you offer airport transportation?
Yes, we offer reliable Costa Rica airport transportation services to and from all Costa Rica airports. Even the smaller private airports in Costa Rica. Whether you're looking for Liberia aiport private transfer or San Jose airport private transfer. There is a Costa Rica private driver for your Costa Rica aiport transfer.
How do I book a ride?
You can book a ride through our website or by messaging us. Our online booking system is easy to use and allows you to reserve your ride in just a few clicks. Just select your destination, or the closest destination to your pick up and drop off locations, then add your specifics in the checkout notes.
How far in advance should I book my ride?
We recommend booking your ride at least 1 hour in advance to ensure availability. However, we can be at most destinations in minutes and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. This depends on location. For Costa Rica aiport transfers, we recommend you book fifteen minutes in advance.
Can I Book with just a deposit?
Yes, this secures your booking and gets your driver in route to your location. You can pay the balance at time of pick up to ensure you are satisfied with your driver and the vehicle. And if your plans change and we are notified before the driver is in route to your pick up location, your deposit will be fully refunded.
What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor flight schedules for your Costa Rica airport transfer and will adjust your pickup time accordingly. There is no additional charge for flight delays and we'll make sure you are welcomed well after a day like that.
Is there Sales tax in Costa rica?
Yes, like most countries. In Costa Rica the sales tax rate or VAT (value added tax) is 13%. This applies to most everything. When you book with us there are no hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay.
Are your drivers licensed and insured?
Yes, all of our drivers are licensed and insured. Our drivers are required to stay compliant with all local regulations to ensure your safety and comfort.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time without incurring any charges. And really, if the driver is not already in route, you can cancel for a full refund of your booking deposit at any time.
How do I pay for my ride?
You can reserve your ride through our website with just a booking deposit using a credit or debit card through our Stripe or PayPal secure checkout, then pay the balance at time of pick up to your driver when you are satisfied and ready to ride.
